Ms. Mary Vasanthakumari holds an MBA and an M.Phil. in Education and Psychology, with over three decades of experience in the education sector. She brings extensive expertise in academic administration, curriculum implementation and educator development. With a deep understanding of diverse learning needs, she focuses on strengthening operational systems, driving effective curriculum delivery and empowering teachers through professional development to ensure holistic student growth and institutional excellence.

Ms. Joan Rajesh is an accomplished educator with 20 years of experience, specialising in English language teaching and foundational literacy development. She is committed to strengthening academic standards through effective curriculum design, sound pedagogical practices and continuous assessment. At FEFDY, she leads curriculum quality assurance, academic evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring educational consistency, relevance and excellence across all learning programmes.

Dr. J. Nalini holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has extensive experience in research, academic mentoring and technological innovation.
